1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Sharabha's Cloud XDR platform and related services (including Sharabha GO, PRO, and Enterprise plans), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
2. Subscription, Pricing & Payment
- Billing Cycles: Subscriptions are available on **Monthly (/mo)** and **Yearly (/yr)** cycles. Yearly plans include a discount as specified on the Pricing page.
- Automatic Renewal: All paid subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. Refunds for partial billing periods are generally not offered after this period.
3. Data Security and Log Retention
Sharabha adheres to strict security standards. However, the Customer remains responsible for their data and credentials.
- Retention: Log retention varies by plan: Free (7 Days), GO (15 Days), PRO (30 Days). Enterprise plans offer custom or unlimited retention.
- Usage Data: We collect anonymized usage data to improve our Machine Learning (ML) and Threat Intelligence capabilities across all plans.
4. Limitation of Liability and MDR
Our XDR software is a proactive security tool. While highly effective, no system is infallible.
- MDR Service: Managed Detection and Response (MDR) is exclusively available in the Enterprise Plan, involving active human threat hunting and response.
- Liability: Sharabha is not liable for indirect damages or losses resulting from security incidents, except where prohibited by law.
