  As part of the XDR service, we collect operational data such as Endpoint logs, Network flow data, Cloud infrastructure logs, and Identity access records. This data is processed by the Sharabha ML engine exclusively for threat detection and response.

• C. Log Retention Data:

  The duration of log storage is defined by your plan (7, 15, or 30 Days). Logs are encrypted and retained strictly according to your subscription terms for compliance and incident analysis.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Service Delivery: To operate, maintain, and provide the core Octopyder XDR security monitoring and response service.

• Product Improvement: Anonymized and aggregated telemetry data is used to train and improve the efficiency and accuracy of the Sharabha ML engine.

• Communication: To send service updates, billing notifications, and security alerts.

3. Data Sharing and Security

We do not sell or rent your personal or security data.

• No Third-Party Sharing: Customer-specific security data is never shared with third parties, except as required by law or for necessary payment processing.
