We stand by the effectiveness of Octopyder XDR. This policy outlines eligibility for refunds for our subscription services (GO, PRO, Enterprise).

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a commitment-free trial period for new subscribers:

Eligibility:
This guarantee applies exclusively to first-time purchases of any paid Octopyder XDR subscription (Monthly or Yearly) and must be requested within 30 calendar days of the initial purchase date.

Refund Amount:
You will receive a full refund of the subscription price paid. Any processing fees or third-party service charges may be deducted.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds are generally not issued under the following conditions:

Automatic Renewals: Subscription fees for automatic renewals are non-refundable. Please ensure cancellations are made before the next billing cycle begins.

Partial Periods: We do not offer prorated refunds for cancellation mid-month or mid-year outside the initial 30-day guarantee period.

MDR/Consulting Services: Fees paid for one-time or ongoing Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services or specialized consulting are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Processing Time:
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited back to the original method of payment.
Cancellation of service will result in the immediate cessation of Octopyder XDR telemetry collection and the commencement of the log deletion process according to your retained policy.
