  This guarantee applies exclusively to first-time purchases of any paid Octopyder XDR subscription (Monthly or Yearly) and must be requested within 30 calendar days of the initial purchase date.

• Refund Amount:

  You will receive a full refund of the subscription price paid. Any processing fees or third-party service charges may be deducted.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds are generally not issued under the following conditions:

• Automatic Renewals: Subscription fees for automatic renewals are non-refundable. Please ensure cancellations are made before the next billing cycle begins.

• Partial Periods: We do not offer prorated refunds for cancellation mid-month or mid-year outside the initial 30-day guarantee period.

• MDR/Consulting Services: Fees paid for one-time or ongoing Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services or specialized consulting are non-refundable once work has commenced.
